Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise daily shop-floor activities and coordinate forklift operations, material flow, and shipping processes. The role focuses on safety, quality, and efficiency across molding, printing, and warehouse functions.

You will use RF scanners, plan trailer loading, and ensure accurate shipping documentation while training staff and enforcing 5S and Lean practices. This is a hands-on leadership position in a 2nd shift environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; post-secondary education preferred
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity
• Valid forklift license for counterbalance and reach trucks
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
• Lean manufacturing experience; 5S, Six Sigma, TPS; HACCP and WHMIS knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and supervise floor activities
• Distribute product, materials and scrap across departments
• Assist with order picking and staging to maximize loads
• Record movement of product using RF scanner
• Load and unload product onto trailers
• Address scanning errors and reconcile data
• Ensure plant and equipment safety compliance
• Train team members on safety and efficiency practices
• Contribute to accident/incident analysis and corrective actions
• Prepare shipping documentation and manage staffing as needed
• Ensure production quality meets customer standards
• Plan and load trailers for city deliveries and inter-warehouse transfers
• Direct truck drivers on shipping directions
• Receive resin deliveries and manage silo connections
• Obtain resin samples for QA analysis
• Oversee shift reports including forklift operators and drivers
