The Production Supervisor leads daily operations in a unionized manufacturing setting, directing second-shift staff to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost targets while promoting people development.

Key duties include staffing, timekeeping, OSHA compliance, and driving Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to streamline workflows and resolve root causes with cross-functional teams. You will coach, mentor, and evaluate performance to build a collaborative, inclusive work culture.

Formación

• Experience leading unionized manufacturing environments.
• Strong Lean/Six Sigma knowledge.
• Ability to manage staffing, overtime, and payroll approvals.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA guidelines.
• Proven development and performance management track record.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily departmental operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Oversee second-shift staffing, timekeeping, and payroll approvals.
• Enforce company policies, OSHA guidelines, and ergonomics protocols.
