Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of Lean and Continuous Improvement practices.
• Familiarity with GMPs and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor warehouse floor personnel, schedule work, and assign tasks.
• Ensure safety, quality, and training compliance across shifts.
• Monitor equipment, maintenance, and housekeeping to prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Manager to optimize layout and throughput.
• Plan production, track performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate goals and performance expectations to the team.
