Job summary

Taco Bell franchise in California is seeking a motivated team member to support the RGM by running great shifts and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As an Hourly Champion, you will take ownership to solve problems, ensure food safety, coach teammates, maintain uniforms, and work with urgency while upholding Taco Bell standards. You will help manage hours, cash handling, and daily operations on-site.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC success routine and ensure People, Customers and Service responsibilities are completed.
• Ensure team members complete Shift Excellence tasks for their positions.
• Ensure employees present neat appearance and wear a uniform.
• Demonstrate that customer needs are the highest priority.
• Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders; resolve complaints quickly.
• Greet customers with a smile and maintain a polite, pleasant tone.
• Work with urgency and collaborate with management and peers.
• Provide regular feedback and training to team members; handle conflicts constructively.
• Assist with cash control, inventory, labor management and facility upkeep.
