Taco Bell in California is seeking a team member to support the RGM by running great shifts, delivering fast, friendly service, and solving problems as they arise. You will take ownership and contribute to a positive, efficient restaurant operation.

Expect 20–30+ hours per week, with a pay range of $21.00–$22.00 per hour. Candidates must be 18+ years old, pass a background check, have reliable transportation, and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Execute MIC routine and ensure People, Customers and Service responsibilities are completed.
• Ensure Shift Excellence tasks are completed for assigned position.
• Maintain neat appearance and wear company uniform.

• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
