JOE & THE JUICE seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead the clubby energy of our fast-paced store. You’ll drive smooth operations, delegate tasks, and energize the team to deliver top-notch guest experiences while upholding our standards.

You’ll partner with the Store Manager to keep daily workflow on track, train new juicers, and help hit commercial targets. If you love music, service, and turning a job into a career, this is your shift.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.
• Passion for people, service, and personal growth.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and DCWF adherence.
• Supervise cleanliness and standards per Pink Standards.
• Train and develop juicers through the training mantra.
• Deliver warm guest experiences and address feedback.
• Monitor sales targets and support store performance.
