Job summary

MOD Pizza is seeking a Restaurant Shift Supervisor in Philadelphia, PA. You will lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, train new hires, and uphold MOD’s standards.

You’ll be the senior squad member on shift, ensuring guest experiences are outstanding and operations run smoothly. This role requires at least one year of restaurant experience, ability to mentor others, strong decision-making, and a calm presence under high volume.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Ability to mentor, train or lead informally.
• Strong prioritization and decision-making skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to follow processes and standards; coach effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the right squad member is in the right place and deployed.
• Train newly hired or promoted staff and support new programs.
• Lead operations to meet MOD standards and guest experience.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment across the restaurant.
• Manage cash within the shift and handle refunds.
• Take inventory and place orders with the GM.
• Follow opening/midday/closing shift checklists and use tools to meet requirements.
• Monitor communications from Slice and other sources for team effectiveness.
