Job summary

JOE & THE JUICE is a fast-paced, people-centric cafe concept where energy and personality drive guest experiences. As a Shift Supervisor in Miami, you’ll lead the shift with strong delegation, keep operations smooth, and elevate guest service while mentoring Juicers.

You’ll report to the Store Manager, focus on safety, standards, and sales support, and help develop a united team in a vibrant location across a lively bar and cafe environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure
• Passion for people, service, and personal growth
• Proactive, hands-on with a team-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: ensure the daily concept workflow is followed with precision by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and delivering feedback.
• Supervise daily checklists, keep store clean and safe, report issues promptly.
• Support new juicers through training mantra: Knowledge - Training - Practice - Validation.
• Lead guest interactions with a professional, guest-first approach.
• Monitor sales targets and assist with deliveries and reporting to support store sales.
