JOE & THE JUICE seeks a Shift Supervisor to keep the store heartbeat alive, lead the shift, delegate tasks, and support the management team in smooth operations. You’ll help juicers grow, maintain standards, and ensure outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in supervisory roles, strong communication, and a passion for people and service. The role offers growth across locations and a culture-first environment with energetic teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and lead under pressure.
• Passion for people, service, and growth.

Responsabilités

• Daily Operations: follow the Daily Concept Workflow (DCWF) and manage tasks.
• Cleanliness & Standards: supervise checklists and maintain Pink Standards.
• Team Training: support juicers with Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation.
• Guest Experience: lead warm, memorable guest interactions and handle feedback professionally.
• Sales Focus: monitor targets, manage deliveries, and support store sales.
