Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.
• Passion for people, service, and personal growth.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Observe store traffic, assign tasks, and provide energizing feedback.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Supervise daily checklists, maintain Pink Standards, document issues.
• Team Training: Support new juicers with Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to create warm, memorable interactions.
• Sales Focus: Monitor targets, manage deliveries, report accurately, boost store sales.
