Job summary

JOE & THE JUICE in Los Angeles (Brentwood) is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help run the store’s heartbeat. You’ll lead the shift, delegate tasks, and keep energy high while upholding quality and guest experience.

You’ll train new juicers, monitor daily operations, and support the store manager in achieving sales targets. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love people, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead a team.
• Passion for people, service, and personal growth; team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and coordinate tasks to keep the team energized.
• Supervise checklists, maintain Pink Standards and report issues promptly.
• Support training using Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation.
• Lead guest interactions with a guest-first approach.
• Monitor sales targets and support store sales performance.
