Joe & the Juice in Washington, DC is hiring a Shift Supervisor to keep the store energized and running smoothly. You’ll lead the shift, delegate tasks, and support juicers to hit standards, guest satisfaction, and sales goals.

You’ll join an international team, receive strong on-the-job training, and have clear growth opportunities through our Moneyball career path as leaders from bar backgrounds move into broader roles.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a similar supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.
• Passion for people, service, and personal growth.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Daily operations: ensure the DCWF is followed, observe store traffic, assign tasks, provide feedback.
• Cleanliness and standards: supervise checklists, keep store clean and safe, report issues.
• Team training: support juicers with Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation.
• Guest experience: lead by example for warm, memorable interactions.
• Sales focus: monitor targets, manage deliveries, report and support sales.
