Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Ensure the Daily Concept Workflow is followed with precision by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and delivering feedback.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Supervise and delegate daily checklists; keep the store clean and safe per Pink Standards.
• Team Training: Support new juicers through our training mantra: Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions.
• Sales Focus: Monitor commercial targets and assist the team to support store sales.
