JOE & THE JUICE in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a Shift Supervisor to keep the store’s heartbeat alive. You’ll lead the shift, manage operations, delegate tasks, and support the bar staff in delivering high-energy guest experiences and consistent standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Observe store traffic, assign tasks, and provide feedback to keep the team energized.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Supervise daily checklists and maintain Pink Standards; report issues honestly.
• Team Training: Support juicers through Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions.
• Sales Focus: Monitor targets, manage deliveries, and support store sales performance.
