Job summary

JOE & THE JUICE in Miami Beach is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help maintain the store's heartbeat. You will lead the shift, drive smooth operations, delegate tasks, and support juicers to excel, while keeping energy high and standards sharp.

You’ll focus on guest experiences, achieve daily sales targets, and mentor teammates through our global training mantra. This role offers growth in a fast-paced, music-filled environment with plenty of opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.
• Passion for people, service and personal growth.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: ensure the DCWF is followed with precision by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and delivering feedback.
• Cleanliness & Standards: supervise and delegate daily checklists using the task-monitoring system and maintain Pink Standards.
• Team Training: support new juicers through Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation.
• Guest Experience: lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions and handle feedback professionally.
• Sales Focus: monitor targets, manage deliveries, report accurately, and guide the team in sales support.
