Job summary

Joe & The Juice in Miami Beach is seeking a Shift Supervisor to drive smooth store operations, lead the shift, and support the management team in delivering high-energy guest experiences. You’ll mentor juicers, uphold standards, and contribute to sales performance.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and a proactive, team-first mindset. This is an on-site role offering hourly pay and tips, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Ensure the Daily Concept Workflow is followed with precision by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and delivering timely feedback.
• Supervise and delegate daily checklists using the task-monitoring system, keeping the store clean, safe and aligned with Pink Standards.
• Team Training: Support new juicers through our training mantra and help build a confident crew.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions and handle feedback professionally.
• Sales Focus: Monitor commercial targets, manage deliveries, and guide the team to support store sales.
