Job summary

Joe & The Juice is looking for a Shift Supervisor to help keep the heartbeat of the store. You’ll lead the shift, manage operations, delegate tasks, and support juicers to grow and shine, ensuring high energy and excellent guest experiences.

You’ll report to Store Manager and help the team maintain standards while driving sales and a positive, fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and hands-on involvement across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a similar supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.
• Passion for people, service, and personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: ensure the DCWF is followed with precision by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and providing feedback to energize the team.
