Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Secaucus, NJ is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations at our plaza. You will supervise team members, ensure top customer service, enforce brand standards and food safety, and assist in training new hires.

The role requires cash handling, strong communication, and the ability to manage opening and closing procedures, stock, and product knowledge. We offer flexible schedules and a supportive team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Aufgaben

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging in positive, helpful interactions with customers and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Operate POS system and process payments following policies.
• Ensure proper food handling including labeling, dating, stocking, storing, and temperature checks.
• Complete kitchen-related tasks such as prep, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products, maintain product knowledge.
• Assist in training new team members and follow brand standards.
• Inform leadership of observations or problems; perform other tasks as assigned.
