Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Perform opening, daily, and closing procedures.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Ensure proper food handling and stock management.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards and cash handling policies.
• Communicate observations or concerns to plaza leadership.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
