Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers in New Jersey is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards across all operations. You will train new team members, monitor cash handling procedures, and support food safety and daily prep tasks.

This role requires strong teamwork, reliability, and a customer‑first mindset. Communication with plaza leadership is essential to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing interaction with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Operate POS, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks, prep, packaging and cleaning.
• Train new team members and follow brand standards and policies.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or problems; support operations.
