Applegreen USA Welcome Centers is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure strong customer service, and enforce brand standards and food safety. You may train new team members and monitor cash handling compliance. A fast-paced role across multiple plaza locations requires reliability and teamwork.

The position emphasizes customer engagement, product knowledge, and proper food handling while maintaining store standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsabilités

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Open, daily and closing procedures and checklists.
• Operate POS system and handle payments per policy.
• Ensure proper food handling including dating, labeling, stocking, rotating and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks: prep, thaw, cook, package, wrap, clean.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Assist in training new team members and ensure policy compliance.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or issues.
• Execute various other tasks as assigned.
