Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations across our travel plazas. You will ensure top-notch customer service, oversee team duties, and uphold brand standards and food safety policies.

You'll train new team members, monitor cash handling, and ensure opening, running, and closing tasks are completed accurately. The role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Operate POS system and process payments following policies.
• Ensure proper food handling and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks (prep, thawing, cooking, packaging, cleaning).
• Stock and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products/services and train new staff.
