Job summary

Miguel’s Jr. in Rialto is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations during a shift. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily performance and guest experiences.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service, solid English communication, and a willingness to support team development. This on-site position emphasizes teamwork and adherence to the employee handbook.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service.
• Proficient in oral and written communication to lead teams.
• Spanish language skills a plus for guest and team interaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and coordinate with GM/AGM for shift performance.
• Ensure smooth handover of team and operations between shifts.
• Assist GM with interview and hiring of new team members.
• Provide exceptional guest service and reinforce company policies.
• Maintain office duties and paperwork as required.
