Job summary

Miguel’s Jr. Ontario is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations on a shift, working alongside the GM/AGM. The role emphasizes guest service, staff development, and adherence to company policies.

The candidate should have 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service, strong English communication, and basic MS Office skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus for the team and guests in this location.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry.
• Proficiency in oral and written communication in English.
• Intermediate computer skills including MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff with GM/AGM to ensure optimal shift performance.
• Coordinate handovers with the next shift supervisor.
• Assist GM with interviewing and hiring of new team members.
• Rally the team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Enforce rules per the employee handbook.
• Maintain office duties and paperwork.
