Job summary

Miguel's Jr. in Upland is looking for a Shift Supervisor to lead operations during shifts alongside the GM or AGM. You will oversee staff performance, communicate shift handovers, assist in hiring, and ensure exceptional guest service. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry, with effective communication skills and familiarity with MS Office. Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry.
• Proficiency in oral and written communication to effectively be a team leader.
• Intermediate computer skills including MS Office.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff alongside GM and AGM to ensure performance.
• Communicate with the following shift's supervisor for handovers.
• Assist GM with interviewing and hiring team members.
• Provide exceptional Guest Service.
• Enforce Miguel's Restaurants Employee Handbook rules.
• Maintain office duties and paperwork as required.
