Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in the United States is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, supervise team members, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety.

You will train new hires, manage cash handling, and ensure opening, closing, and POS procedures are followed. This role requires strong teamwork and a commitment to safety and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Cash handling experience required.
• Customer service experience needed.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per policy.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and temperature checks.
• Assist in various kitchen-related tasks including prepping and cleaning.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards, food safety, and company policies.
• Report observations or concerns to plaza leadership.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
