Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in quick service restaurant or guest service with supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to train and develop staff and lead teams.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises 1 to 7 team members and supports the GM during shifts.
• Runs shifts and enforces company policies, programs, and systems.
• Ensures safe food handling, labor, and quality standards.
• Maintains professional appearance and adheres to grooming standards.
• Addresses staffing, interviewing, and disciplinary actions as needed.
