Job summary

Del Taco is seeking a Shift Manager to support store operations and assist the General Manager in delivering an excellent guest experience. You will train and develop team members, manage shifts, and ensure adherence to company policies.

You will lead by example, supervise 1–7 crew members, and help maintain quality, safety, and efficiency across the restaurant while communicating clearly with guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in quick service or guest service with supervisory experience.
• Ability to train and motivate staff and lead a team.
• Strong organizational and math skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team and assist GM in achieving quality, service, cost, safety, and cleanliness goals.
• Run shifts and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Know station functions and record-keeping processes.
• Supervise 1–7 team members.
• Ensure compliance with laws and ethical practices.
• Support GM in staffing decisions and employee development.
