The role emphasizes coaching, training, teamwork, and accountability in a fast-paced environment. Requirements include a high school diploma, age 18+, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain food handler certifications; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support store crew across all workstations during shifts.
• Perform crew tasks as needed, including makeline, oven monitoring, packaging, and guest service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Monitor product quality and take corrective action as needed.
• Coordinate with drivers and manager to ensure efficient deliveries.
• Manage cash handling procedures and balance registers.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards.
• Coach and develop team members; train new hires and set expectations.
• Handle shift-related issues with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure smooth operations.
