Job summary

CVS Health in Miami is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store operations in the absence of a manager, delivering strong customer service and ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise the store team, coordinate with management, assist customers, manage merchandising, pricing, stocking, and displays while upholding confidentiality.

The role offers full-time hours, a typical pay range of $17.00 to $26.00 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on all activities.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, help and thank customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal items.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
