Job summary

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Manage and work with store management and crews
• Supervise the store’s crew through directing and following up on activities
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers
• Handle customer relations per policy and maintain confidentiality
