Job summary

CVS Health in Miami, FL is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to lead store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage opening and closing procedures. The role supports store management and supervises staff to meet daily targets.

The ideal candidate will have strong deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, plus proven supervision and communication abilities. A flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime is expected.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store staff through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture by greeting customers and offering help.
• Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signage and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following POGs.
