CVS Health is hiring a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and customer service, and help build loyalty to CVS/pharmacy. In the absence of a manager, you lead the store staff, ensure opening and closing procedures, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

This part-time role offers a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends, with benefits commensurate with hours.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff in the absence of the manager and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays and inventory, and maintain department organization.
