Job summary

CVS Health in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join the store management team and drive store execution with a focus on exceptional customer service. When managers are absent, you lead the floor, supervise the staff, and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

You will collaborate with management, assist customers, price and stock merchandise, and maintain clean, organized displays while upholding CVS’s service standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills and computer skills required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities required.
• Flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is on site; ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Supervise the store's crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays, signage and weekly/promotional inventory.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and maintain off-shelf merchandise.
