Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Northampton, MA to support store management and drive store execution with a focus on customer service. You will lead staff during gaps in supervision, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and help maintain a positive shopping experience.

The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and supervision skills, with full-time hours and a pay range of $17.00–$26.00 per hour.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Management: Work effectively with store management and crews; supervise the store's crew and communicate information clearly.
• Customer Service: Assist customers, promote CVS service culture, handle issues per policy and protect confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation: Price, stock, display, inventory and maintain seasonal/promotional merchandise per plan.
