Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations in the absence of management and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise staff by directing and following up on activities and maintaining effective communication with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and maintain displays; reset departments following POGs.
