CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Responsible for opening/closing, merchandising, and handling customer issues while maintaining confidentiality.

The role requires deductive reasoning, strong communication and supervision skills, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. High School diploma preferred. 40 hours weekly with competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are absent, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems, and complaints while maintaining a positive shopping experience.
• Price, stock, and present merchandise; implement displays and seasonal promotions.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information.
