Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to apply deduction and analysis to store tasks.
• Strong communication and supervision skills.
• Flexibility to work early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Proven experience supervising retail teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of the manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Supervise crew with task assignment, direction and follow-up.
• Maintain customer service standards and address customer questions or complaints.
• Stock shelves, price merchandise and manage weekly/promotional displays.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.
