Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and store execution. When managers are not onsite, you will lead the store staff, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and help build consumer loyalty through strong operations and service.

You will collaborate with store management, supervise crew activities, and handle customer inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and high standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Supervise the crew through directing and following up on activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote service quality.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet/help customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; manage displays and inventory of promotions.
• Reset departments following planograms and ensure on-shelf maintenance.
