Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store performance and ensuring excellent customer service. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and uphold CVS standards for operations and guest experience.

Key duties include supervising crew, directing activities, handling customer inquiries, merchandising, and maintaining displays.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store staff and support store management to drive store execution and performance.
• Assist customers and maintain CVS customer service standards to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and weekly promotions according to planograms.
