Responsibilities include supervising crew, managing customer relations per policy, stocking and merchandising, and maintaining displays. The role requires flexibility with early morning, overnight and weekend shifts; pay is $19.20 per

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints per policy.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and maintain displays; manage weekly and seasonal merchandising.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews to maintain smooth operations.
