Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When managers are offsite, you will lead the store staff and ensure opening/closing tasks are completed effectively.

You will work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends, with a typical weekly commitment of 29 hours. The role offers benefits for a part-time position and a pay range around $19 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and support store execution.
• Coordinate with store management and crews to ensure smooth operations.
• Direct and follow up on all activities to maintain performance.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, help, and thank customers.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and patient data.
• Price, stock, and reset merchandise per weekly, promotional, seasonal plans.
• Execute displays and maintain off-shelf merchandise and inventory.
