Job summary

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills and basic computer proficiency required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities expected.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, nights, weekends; able to respond to urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Supervise crew and assign/directed activities, with follow-up.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries per policy.
• Maintain shelves, price merchandise and execute displays per planograms.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and store readiness.
