Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and store execution. When managers are absent, you will lead the store staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

Responsibilities include supervising the crew, assisting customers, pricing and stocking merchandise, and maintaining displays according to POGs, while ensuring confidentiality and a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and computer skills are required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills are required.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Experience as a retail supervisor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crew and coordinate activities.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventory.
• Reset departments following planograms and maintain presentation.
