Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure opening/closing tasks are completed.
• Supervise crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate with store management and crews effectively.
• Assist customers, handle questions and resolve complaints per policy.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper merchandising and presentation.
• Restock shelves, price merchandise and reset departments per planograms.
