Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a strong focus on customer service. You will lead the store staff in the absence of management, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and help maintain a positive shopping experience.

The role requires flexible scheduling, including early mornings, overnights and weekends. The position offers competitive pay and a range of benefits for part-time colleagues.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are absent to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote satisfaction.
• Greet customers, offer help, and thank customers to support CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and protect privacy.
• Stock shelves, price merchandise, and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planogram guidelines (POGs).
