Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Lowell, MA. You will lead store staff when managers are not present, ensure smooth operations, and oversee opening and closing procedures.

You will supervise crew, assist customers, and promote CVS customer service culture while maintaining confidentiality and merchandise presentation across weekly, promotional, and seasonal inventories.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise crew by directing and following up on all activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and execute displays and inventory for promotions and seasonal items.
