Job summary

CVS Health in Lowell, MA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management in driving execution and customer service excellence. You will lead store staff in the absence of management, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening and closing procedures.

You will supervise crew, assign tasks, communicate with management, assist customers, and uphold CVS customer service standards while maintaining confidentiality and POS integrity.

• Flexible schedule incl. early morning, overnight and weekend shifts; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager; ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise crew: assign, direct and follow up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and uphold CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure positive shopping experiences.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and manage displays; execute weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
