Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in the United States is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution and customer loyalty through service excellence. When managers are away, you lead the team and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed smoothly.

You will supervise staff, handle customer questions and complaints, maintain shelves and displays, and help keep pricing and stock in order.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the CVS Store Management team and drive customer service.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and maintain displays per planograms.
