CVS Health on Johns Island, SC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering exceptional customer service and smooth day-to-day operations.

When no manager is onsite, you lead the store staff, supervise the crew, and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately. The role emphasizes customer relations, merchandise presentation, and efficient problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities.
• Flexible schedule including some early mornings, overnight and weekends.
• Retail supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and oversee operations in absence of manager.
• Supervise crew and ensure tasks are assigned, followed up, and completed.
• Assist customers and uphold CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, pricing, stock, and weekly/promotional displays.
• Reset departments following planograms and ensure clean, organized shelves.
